The code is on the back of the booklet inside the case. If you bought The Sims 2 Double Deluxe, than the code should be in the package. In mine, there is a sticker inside, above the game CD. You shouldve had a manual with inside the box, some papers with the code on it, its clearly written. Otherwise it should be on the CD. I dont know where else it could be :D Good luck finding it though.
Look in the pamphlet that has all the new items and stuff that comes with the game. You should have it in the case you bought it or return to the place you bought from or mail Sims 2. The code for the game is on the back of the manual.
