Which internet connection are you using? Is it WiFi or mobile data? Were you able to download apps before without issues? Are you pertaining to your incoming SMS? How about your MMS, voicemail, or email?

In reply to Paramour's post on December 3, Yes it didn't show contacts even if they created in phone Nokia lumia I spent a lot of time watching videos in youtube or watching films connected to wi-fi, and everything seems to work, but then i need download apps from marktet place it took too long time to download, or if i need to log in in windows live through phone it takes too long. My operator at this moment cant provide me mms and voice mail, some fixes need to do, but on my old phone i can get sms, and sent, when i put back in nokia lumia i can't get or send sms.
